On 5 June 2020, the employers` organisation and the trade union reached a final agreement on the collective agreement for Dutch universities 2020. The parties agreed on a structural wage increase of 3.0% on 1 June 2020. In addition, all employees receive a gross gross payment of €750, based on a full-time employment contract. Last Friday, 5 June, the social partners met definitively at the CAD-NU. The new CAO-NU will run from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021.
